Our CAD capabilities, multiple CNC machines and wire EDM technology facilitate captive in house design and development of complex production tooling and the ability to make changes on a quick turnaround basis. This translates to the ability to deliver a quality finished product in timely fashion.

Sophisticated vacuum calibration, co-extrusions, tri-extrusions, multiple hollow shapes, dual durometer parts and inline fabrication are all part of the continually evolving process technologies at Valley Extrusions.
